How to Request a Return

  1. Email luxtrea.hair@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging (used or unused, both accepted).
  4. Once we receive it, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Luxtrea arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Want a different color? No problem. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free exchange.

What's Not Covered

Returns are not accepted after 60 days from delivery, or for items damaged through misuse (dropping, exposure to water, non-approved modifications).
